Seeds with structures visible from spawn are significantly rarer than seeds with structures within 1000 blocks, which are themselves less common than seeds with structures within 5000 blocks. By quantifying these probabilities, players and analysts can characterize how genuinely unusual a particular seed's generation is relative to the full distribution of possible worlds.
